Service Description

If you are looking to maintain your fitness levels as well as feeling confident in exercising throughout pregnancy, one to one sessions are a great way to do so. The sessions will inform you of all the modifications you need to make for each trimester as well as cater to your growing bump, so you can not only feel good whilst pregnant but also feel reassured that you are training with someone who has trained throughout both pregnancies and is fully qualified.
