Getting back into your fitness and building your strength back up post baby can be challenging, as you're also adapting to mum life, working on little sleep, as well as your body having been through so much. It can be a really challenging time mentally and physically, so if you need support in making a start in feeling a little more like yourself and taking time out for you, personal training can be a great way to do so.
